Southern Oregon is also widely known for its unique culture. For the arts, ASHLAND, OREGON offers the acclaimed SHAKESPEARE FESTIVAL, eclectic shops, flavorful restaurants, and Lithia Park. Enjoy the BRITT MUSIC FESTIVAL and various VINEYARDS throughout the Rogue Valley including in the historic mining town of JACKSONVILLE, OREGON. Ride the trolley or take a scenic jet boat trip in our pretty little river town of GRANTS PASS, OREGON, where down town is like taking a STEP BACK IN TIME with its unique shops, antique stores, wide range of specialty restaurants, 1st Friday Night "G" Street Art walk, and Saturday's popular Grower's Market.
